“New Street” is the working title for our next large-scale development in Burlington, Ontario. New Street is a 1.7-acre assembly of properties at the intersection of Guelph Line and New Street. The combined property is a fully-stabilized, low-rise commercial centre with zero vacancy.
We are currently in the initial design phase of development. Yet, the location has already gained the interest of several parties interested in partnering with us to build a multi-tower high-rise residential development. Potential uses range from purpose-built rental units to condominium apartments to a full-service retirement community.
The outcome of our proposed redevelopment is expected to produce a minimum of 255,000 square feet of residential gross floor area.
